PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam reinforcing fixture which contributes to increased degree of mounting freedom of a pipe in a through hole formed in a beam, and reinforces the through hole so as to have necessary strength while minimizing wastes of materials even if the through hole is different in size. SOLUTION: The beam reinforcing fixture 1 is formed of a ring main body 4 which can be fitted into the through hole 3 formed in the beam 2 and having an inner diameter R, and a flange portion 5 formed on one side of the ring body in an axial direction. Clamping means mounting holes 7 are formed in the flange portion 5 at locations corresponding to the locations of clamping means insertion holes 6 formed in a web portion 2w of the beam 2. Then, the flange portion 5 is abutted on a peripheral portion of the through holes 3, and bolts 9 are inserted into the clamping means insertion holes 6 and the clamping means mounting holes 7, respectively, followed by clamping the bolts by washers 11 and nuts 10, respectively. The beam reinforcing fixture 1 has an axial length A which is larger than the thickness t1 of the web portion 2w of the beam 2, and the ring main body 4 has an inner diameter d2 set to a value equal to 0.8 times the size H of the beam or less.
