PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat heating apparatus which can be removed easily and tended in places other than the toilet, which does not require arranging of a heater inside the toilet seat, and which does not have electric wiring such as a power line or the like between a body case and the toilet seat. SOLUTION: The toilet seat heating apparatus comprises a blower fan for blowing air; a heater arranged in a duct, which heats the air blown by the blower fan for obtaining warm air; a control part which controls number of revolution of the blower fan and a calorific value of the heater; the body case for storing the blower fan, the heater and the control part; the toilet seat arranged in front of the body case; and a blow-off port which communicates with the duct and opens on a front lateral face of the body case for blowing the warm air at an acute angle with respect to the surface of the toilet seat.
