PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-side natural ventilation method in which a natural ventilation is conducted on one side of a building without receiving a constructive constraint. SOLUTION: When a wind is generated towards the first wall 1202, the external surface of the first wall 1202 reaches positive pressure, and the outside air is introduced into a habitable-room space 16 through a baffle plate 24 from an outside-air introducing port 20, and circulated in the habitable-room space 16. Negative pressure is generated on a roof floor section 1204 by the wind, and air in the habitable-room space 16 is sucked out from an indoor-air discharge opening 22 at the negative pressure, and discharged outside the building 12. Since negative pressure on the roof floor section 1204 is increased extremely at a place near to the first wall 1202, air is sucked out more efficiently from the indoor-air discharge opening 22.
