PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic cap having a sealing ring, which makes it possible to quickly cut a plurality of fragile thin-wall bridges, which connect a cap body and the sealing ring, with relatively less cutting energy and with an appropriate cutting sense when opening a bottle. SOLUTION: In the cap in which the sealing ring 300 having a plurality of fixing portions 310 in the circumferential direction of the lower end of its internal face are connected, via the fragile thin-wall bridges 200, to the lower end of the circumferential wall 110 of the cap body 100 which has a screw portion on its internal face in order to be screwed onto the bottle, the fragile thin-wall bridges 200 are formed such that a sidewise central line is situated on the upper extension of the sidewise central line 311 of each fixing portion 310 of the sealing ring 300.
