PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all weather outdoor dryer cover which can rapidly dry clothes, prevents the infiltration of rainwater, protects the wash from dust and pollen, can be easily worn irrespective of the sizes and shapes of the wash and is inexpensive. SOLUTION: The all weather outdoor dryer cover is formed by joining one- side ends of joining and locking bands 3 to tongue pieces 2<SB>1</SB>to 2<SB>12</SB>for joining near a clothespole 4, locking a functional sheet 1 to the other ends by going around supporting members and freely attachably and detachably joining the ends of the bands 3 respectively to the respective tongue pieces 2<SB>1</SB>to 2<SB>12</SB>between the other tongue pieces 2<SB>1</SB>to 2<SB>12</SB>facing each other, thereby connecting the opposite tongue pieces 2<SB>1</SB>to 2<SB>12</SB>to each other by the bands 3.
