PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game management device capable of easily judging the identities of a plurality of players coming to a playhouse in which a large number of game machines are installed while making the identity correspond to each game machine in which each of the players plays a game. SOLUTION: The game management device comprises: a plurality of electronic tags 2000 which are rented to the coming players individually at the playhouse and which can transmit respectively characteristic identifiers; reading means 3000 which are provided in correspondence with each game machine to read the identifiers characteristic to the respective electronic tags 2000 within readable areas which never overlap with each other; and a player identification means 1200 which is connected with each of the reading means 3000 to judge the identities of the players playing games in each game machine according to reading of the identifiers characteristic to each of the electronic tags 2000.
