PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably form a masking section onto which resin powder is not deposited in vicinity of a skirt aperture while uniformly depositing the resin powder onto an inner surface of a tube from a shoulder portion to a body portion. SOLUTION: A powder coating apparatus has a holder 3 for holding a container 2 having the body portion 21, the shoulder portion 22, and a mouth portion 23, a spray gun 4 for spraying the powder from the aperture of the skirt portion 21a of the container 2, the first flow path 51 sending the powder with gas flow to the spray gun 4, the second flow path 61 supplying a gas flow mixing the powder to the spray gun 4, the third flow path 81 sucking in and recovering the excessive powder from the mouth portion 23, and the forth flow path 71 sucking and recovering the excessive powder from the aperture of the skirt portion. And control units performing feed back control so as to maintain predetermined flow rate and/or pressure are provided to the above respective flow paths. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
