PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a centrifugal process in a device for centrifuging under a highly centrifugal acceleration a liquid sample injected to a sample injection hole of a microplate. SOLUTION: A surface to be placed with the microplate has such a step difference that the position of a circumference part is lower than that of a center part, and a swing rotor is rotated at a high speed in a state that the reverse bottom surface of a sample injecting hole part of the microplate is held by the center part.
