PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide golf form correcting equipment, which is relatively easily available to an individual and is useful for developing a golf form ideal for one's physical constitution or as desired. SOLUTION: This form correcting equipment provides a trace reference 2, depicting a mirror image of an ideal form set at approximately half life-sized scaling on either a light-transmissive sheet 1 or a sheet 1 with mirror finished surface.
