PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which has good flexibility, compression permanent set (for short and long periods) and oil resistance, and in which bleed-out of a softening agent is suppressed, and to provide moldings and composite moldings thereof. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated block copolymer obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer consisting of at least two polymer blocks A essentially comprising an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block B essentially comprising a conjugated diene compound, and/or a hydrogenated product of a conjugated diene compound block copolymer, (b) 50-150 pts.wt. of a softening agent for a non-aromatic rubber, (c) 3-100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin having a melting point as measured by DSC of 70-140°C and a melt viscosity of 400-100,000 cPs.
