PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a perfume composition having excellent touch feeling in use, alleviating skin irritation, and having sustainability of perfumes. SOLUTION: The perfume composition contains 1-30 wt.% perfume component, an alcohol and an alkylene oxide derivative represented by the formula 1: R<SP>1</SP>O-[(AO)<SB>m</SB>(EO)<SB>n</SB>]-R<SP>2</SP>(wherein, AO is a 3-4C oxyalkylene group; EO is an oxyethylene group; (m) and (n) are the numbers of average added moles of the oxyalkylene and the oxyethylene, respectively, and satisfy the formulas: 1≤m≤70 and 1≤n≤70; the proportion of the oxyethylene group in the total of the 3-4C oxyalkylene group and the oxyethylene group is 20-80 wt.%; R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are same or different, and each a 1-4C hydrocarbon group or hydrogen atom and the proportion of the number of the hydrogen atoms based on the number of the hydrocarbon groups in R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>is≤0.15.
