PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding die with high energy efficiency which is realized by shortening a molding cycle while achieving the high precision of a resin finished product. SOLUTION: The resin molding die 1 for molding a resin molded product comprises a main mold 23, an insert member 30 which is assembled into the main mold 23 and transfers the shape of a resin finished product, a heating block 41 which can come into contact with and be set apart from the insert member 30, a heating means for heating the heating block 41 and a cooling means for cooling the cooling block 42.
