PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a defective product while ensuring a good air bubble removing capacity due to a degassing sheet and to manufacture a segment at a low cost. SOLUTION: The form for manufacturing the segment has a form body 11 opened upwardly and a lid form 12 arranged so as to cover the upper opening part 11a of the form body 11 and is constituted so as to cast concrete in the space surrounded by the form body 11 and the lid form 12 to manufacture the segment. Degassing sheets 22 and 23 are provided to the gap between the lid form 12 and the form body 11. At this time, tensile force is applied to the degassing sheets 22 and 23. The operation for applying tensile force to the degassing sheets 22 and 23 is performed to lower fear such that the degassing sheets 22 and 23 are bent or embedded in concrete. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
