PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing method which affords a good molding, without causing a complex mold structure or a reduced resin material efficiency, by a consistent feeding of a suitable resin quantity. SOLUTION: A weight of a main resin R1 measured by an electronic scale 11 is input to a control device 12 (401). A difference of the weight of the main resin R1 from a standard weight is calculated by the control device 12 (402). When the difference turns out to be a minus (403), a number of pieces of a supplementary resin R2 to cover the minus is calculated (404). An addition of the supplementary resin R2 by the calculated number of pieces and charges of the main resin and the supplementary resin to a cavity 14 are instructed to driving sources of a main resin charger 13, a supplementary resin conveyer 18 and a supplementary resin charger 15 (405).
