摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning clamp device for a work in which a ground connection to the work by an earth clamp unit is disused, and at the same time, a material handling unit is made it possible to cope with the forms of a number of kinds of works. SOLUTION: A plurality of the clamp units 1 to clamp the work W are installed to a material handling unit 201 of a material handling robot part 100 in a spot-welding system. Positioning pins 10 of each clamp unit 1 are respectively inserted into a plurality of reference holes H opened to the work W and the positioning of the work W to the material handling unit 201 is performed. While being in the positioned state, the peripheral clamping surface of the reference hole H of the work W is clamped by a clamping member 22 of a clamping mechanism 20 provided inside the positioning pin 10 of each clamp unit 1, and at the same time, a grounding function is provided to each clamping mechanism 20.
