PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combing scissors which enable a user to comb the hair in a manner different from the that heretofore in combing the hair and to provide the combing scissors which can, for example, decrease an amount of combing the hair or the combing scissors which can increase the amount of combing the hair. SOLUTION: The combing scissors 1A are pivotally attached with two blades 2a and 2b, in which at least 2a of the blades is installed consecutively with comb blades 3 and an edge line 5 at the top end of the comb blades 3 is inclined to the front end side of the blade. Notching grooves 6 to be disposed at the edge of the blade are formed to a groove width below the size of the prescribed hair and are consecutively disposed. Locking grooves of an approximately recessed part of shallow notches may be consecutively disposed as well in place of the notching grooves.
