PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a pachinko island base by which preparation before opening a pachinko parlor is simplified. SOLUTION: The controller 19 comprises a ball circulation driving control means which drives a returning machine 3 and operates electrical driving sources 25 and 26 to make a ball discharging stopper 23 into a ball flowing-down permitting state. The ball circulation driving control means stops flowing of balls into the returning machine 3 by the stopper during a prescribed time from the driving starting time of the returning machine 3, thereby the ball is circulated from the returning machine 3 to a replenishing gutter 5, a ball discharging pipe 27, a collecting gutter 10, the returning machine 3,.... Thus, moisture, dust, etc., stuck to all the balls in the pachinko island base 1 can be removed by the circulation, and preparation before starting business can be performed by simple operation.
