PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a cold rolled steel sheet having high glossiness without utilizing a specified facility when producing a highly lustrous cold rolled steel sheet. SOLUTION: In a skin pass rolling process in producing the cold rolled steel sheet, skin pass rolling is carried out by three or more rolling stands in which the steel sheet is rolled, a work roll used in a first stand in which a steel plate is rolled for the first time is determined as a dull roll, and work rolls of two or more used in stands adjacent to each other and including a stand in which the steel plate is at least lastly rolled are determined as a bright roll. Specifically, the work roll used in the first roll is preferably the dull roll having a surface roughness Ra of 0.8-1.4μm, and the work rolls used in the last two stands are preferably the bright rolls each having a surface roughness Ra of≤0.05μm.
