摘要 PURPOSE: A laser drilling machine for fabricating a both-sided flexible PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is provided to enhance the productivity by performing a PTH(Plated Through Hole) process on a cooper material of a state of roll instead of a state of sheet. CONSTITUTION: A laser drilling machine for fabricating a both-sided flexible PCB includes a reel loader unit(10), a reel unloader unit(20), a material feeling unit(30), a material gripper unit(40), a galvano-scanner, a Y-axis unit, a switch panel(70), a PC and monitor(80), and a control box. The reel loader unit(10) supplies copper foil materials to a predetermined position. The reel unloader unit(20) unloads the copper foil materials including various PTHs from the predetermined position. The material feeling unit(30) transfers the copper foil materials according to the received data. The material gripper unit(40) prevents the vibration of the copper foil materials. The galvano-scanner induces a laser beam to a designated position. The Y-axis unit transfers the galvano-scanner. The switch panel(70) is used for switching operations of the reel loader unit(10), the reel unloader unit(20), the material feeling unit(30), the material gripper unit(40), the galvano-scanner, and the Y-axis unit. The PC and monitor(80) are used for displaying inputting/outputting/controlling states of numerical values. The control box is used mounting various electric units.
