<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing machine using a parallel link mechanism having an end effector operated without any power feed from the outside and capable of independently enhancing its function and performance, detachably attached to a moving part. <P>SOLUTION: This processing machine is provided with a fixed plate 15, a moving plate 21, and a plurality of elastic links 9U, 9V, and 9W connecting the fixed plate 15 to the moving plate 21 and uses the parallel link mechanism 10 changeable of a position and an attitude of the moving plate 21 to the fixing plate 15 by the expansion/contraction of the links 9U, 9V, and 9W. This device is provided with a generator 70, a tool 60 as the end effector operated by the power generated by the generator 70, a servo motor 200 provided in the moving plate 21 and feeding the power to the generator 70, and a clamp device 150 releasably clamping the tool 60 to the moving plate 21 and transmitting the power of the servo motor 200 to the generator 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
