PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sucking and collecting a tissue which eliminates an unclean operation of injection of washing liquid and prevents complication of a suction line and a fold kink of a tube of the suction line. SOLUTION: The device for sucking and collecting the tissue has a tissue collecting needle which is equipped with a hollow external needle, a hollow internal tube inserted into the external needle, a means for fixing the respective base end parts of the hollow external needle and the hollow internal tube and a branch connector having a washing liquid injection line connecting part and a tissue suction line connecting part, a washing liquid injection line which injects the washing liquid into space parts of the hollow external needle and the hollow internal tube and is provided with a membrane filter and a tube which is the tissue suction line sucking the tissue from the hollow internal tube and comprises an elastic tube.
