<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color masterbatch composition, which can produce a colored flame-retardant polyethylene resin composition with no uneven coloration, since a colorant is favorably uniformly dispersed, even if the flame- retardant polyethylene resin composition having a small melt flow rate and the color masterbatch composition are directly charged into an extrusion machine, the colored flame-retardant polyethylene resin composition, an article prepared by extrusion the composition, and an electric wire or cable molded with a covering layer prepared by extrusion the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The color masterbatch composition is provided, wherein the melt flow rate [MFR(b-1)] of a polyethylene resin (b-1) satisfies the following equation (2): 1≤[MFR(b-1)]≤8.5[MFR(A)]+15 (2) (wherein [MFR(A)] is the melt flow rate of the flame-retardant polyethylene resin composition (A), the unit of a melt flow rate (MFR) being g/10 min). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
