<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material on which writing properties of a water-based ink pen are good and writing can be done by using a writing implement with high hardness. <P>SOLUTION: The recording material 5 has a writing layer 4 on a mat layer 2 of a matted film 3 with the mat layer 2 on at least one face of a plastic film 1. The recording material 5 is constituted in such a way that the mat layer 2 of the matted film 3 has a pencil hardness of at least 2H, preferably at least 3H and more preferably at least 4H and the writing layer 4 formed on the mat layer 2 has a pencil hardness of HB-3H, preferably HB-2H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
