PURPOSE: A waterbirth system is provided to perform easily a parturition process of a woman in childbed by using the gravity and the buoyancy in the water. CONSTITUTION: A waterbirth system includes a waterbirth bath(100), a cooling and hot water purification unit(200), a monitoring unit(300), and a controller. A space portion is formed in a center of the waterbirth bath(100). The space portion is filled with water. The cooling and hot water purification unit(200) is used for filtering the cold water and the hot water and supplying the purified water to the waterbirth bath(100). The monitoring unit(300) is used for monitoring a parturition process of a woman in childbed within the waterbirth bath(100). The controller is used for controlling a water level, water temperature, and each operation of the waterbirth bath(100).
