HEAT SINK FOR ROASTING CEREAL, TILTING DEVICE FOR HEAT SINK AND METHOD FOR COOLING ROASTED CEREAL

PURPOSE: A heat sink for cooling roasted cereals within a short time and a tilting device for steeply tilting the cooled roasted cereals to be easily discharged are provided. Therefore, the method for cooling cereals using them improves working efficiency and permits long-term preservation of characteristic taste of roasted cereals. CONSTITUTION: The tilting device(300) for a heat sink comprises a heat sink receiving body for receiving a heat sink(100); a first supporter(310) being rotatively supported by one side of the receiving body; a second supporter(320) being disposed at regular intervals from the first supporter and movably supported within a specified depth by another side of the receiving body; a base(330) on which the lower end of the first supporter and second supporter is fixed; a cylinder device(340) in which one end part is hinge connected to the base and receiving body respectively; and a control part for manually and/or automatically controlling the operating time of the cylinder device.
