PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide detergent for a dishwasher excellent in metering property and serviceability, and a detergent product for the dishwasher in a container with a built-in meter.

SOLUTION: In the detergent for the dishwasher stored in the vessel with the built-in meter, ≤10% surfactant is contained, the bulk density is ≥0.8 g/cm3, the angle of repose is 30-50°, the grain size ≥710 μm in diameter is <12%, when the total amount is 100 mass%, and the grain size <180 μm in diameter is ≤12%.
