PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus which can inhibit dross generated in plating bath upon manufacturing a hot-dipping steel plate, especially a hot-dip galvanized steel plate (GI) and a hot-dip galvannealed steel plate (GA). SOLUTION: This apparatus has multiple plating tanks (plating tank 1a for manufacturing GA and plating tank 1b for manufacturing GI) containing plating baths having different components, a melting tank 10 for melting a solid metal 9 to be supplied to the plating baths and a channel 11 for allowing the molten metal melted in the melting tank 10 to flow into the plating tank in an operation position.
