ELECTROLYTIC WATER PRODUCTION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic production apparatus that does not consumes wasteful electric power and does not generate an extra chlorine gas to accomplish convenience to use and safety when the volume of the water to be electrolyzed is not a predetermined volume and the desired electrolytic water is not obtained. SOLUTION: The electrolytic water production apparatus is provided with an electrolytic bath 20 comprised of an anode chamber 24 and a cathode chamber 25, a water storage tank 30 that stores a cathodic water produced in the cathode chamber 25, a supply means of the cathodic water that supplies the cathodic water to the water storage tank 30 and a water stage detection means 34 that detects the water stage in the electrolytic bath 20. The apparatus is characterized in that the cathodic water is not supplied to the water storage tank 30 when the water stage of the water to be electrolyzed is outside the predetermined range, so that the wasteful electric power is not consumed and the extra chlorine gap is not generated.
