PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wrinkling of a natural leather-made facing material. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a headrest 9 having a pad 18 formed by injecting low-resilient urethane 17 into the genuine leather-made facing material 19 followed by foaming comprises adhering a synthetic resin fiber-made nonwoven fabric 10 to a urethane sheet 11 to provide a laminated sheet material 12; sewing the laminated sheet material 12 with the nonwoven fabric 10 outside into a headrest shape to form an inner facing material 13; injecting the low-resilient urethane 17 into the inside urethane 11 of the inner facing material 13 followed by foaming to mold the pad 18; and laying the genuine leather-made facing material 19 over the nonwoven fabric 10.
