PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance for stabilizing planted trees, used for stably holding trees for a predetermined period of time after planted. SOLUTION: This appliance for stabilizing planted trees has the following scheme: a root ball for a tree is set on a pedestal having frames each with a framework structure, and a tightening strip connected to a fixing means set on the frame extends to the shoulder part of the root ball to be securely tightened together to fix the ball to the pedestal. The pedestal is so structure that the first frame and the second frame are connected to each other at the crossing parts via cross connecting means so that each crossing angle is variable. The first frame and the second frame each comprises plural pieces of unit frames parallel to each other and the respective unit frames are connected via intermediate connection means so that the distance between the frames is variable. At least one side of the crossing parts of the first frame and the second frame is bent to slant so that the upper surface of a leg part extending in the radial direction from the crossing part is formed into a flush state.
