PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly arrange a fluid passage to be connected to a mat body when providing the mat body between the seat part or a pad of a backrest and a facing material in a seat structure for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The pad 13 is provided with a fixing member 38 in the inner part, so that the facing material 15 laid over the surface of the pad 13 is pulled into the pad member 13 and fixed to the fixing member 38 by a fixture. The thin bag-like mat body 24 is arranged between the pad 13 and the facing material 14, and the fluid passage 33 from the opposite side of the mat body 24 to the fixing member 38 is passed between the pad 13 and the facing material 15, and connected to the mat body 24 through the reverse side of the pad 13 in the fixing member 38.
