PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a discharging of air within a container and a unsealing operation for the container without requiring any large force. SOLUTION: A container 10 is formed by fitting a container body 11 to a lid 12. The container body and the lid are connected to each other by fitting convex annular portions 16, 20 at the peripheral part to each other. A tongue piece 16 is arranged outside the convex annular portion 16 at each of the corners of the container body. A releasing tongue piece 23 is arranged outside the convex annular protrusion 20 at one corner part of the lid 12. The releasing tongue piece 23 is arranged on an extension part of a top surface 20a of the convex annular portion 20 having a U-shaped sectional shape. An outer surface 20b of the convex annular portion 20 is cut in such a way as its width becomes narrow as it approaches the releasing tongue piece 23 to form an inclined section 20c. An imaginary line L connecting crossing points F, F between the top surface 20a and the inclined section at the outer surface 20b is positioned more inside the convex annular portion 16 of the container body 11.
