PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-assisted bicycle with favorable weather resistance of a simple and inexpensive structure with easy manufacture and maintenance. SOLUTION: A battery holder 30 has an outer circumferential wall 31 holding a lower part side face 22 of a battery pack 2, the outer circumferential wall 31 has a downward extending part 31D in a chain ring 6 side, and a upward extending part 31U extending upward in a rear side of the outer circumferential wall 31 of the battery holder 30 is provided for covering a charging terminal 24 of the battery pack 2.
