摘要 PURPOSE: A filter comprising three dimensional ultra microscopic pores is provided which is capable of effectively removing fine dust having particle size of 10 μm or less and applied to various purposes, and a method for manufacturing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a filter comprising three dimensional ultra microscopic pores comprises (a) resin bubble preparation step of producing resin bubbles(23) having average diameter of 5 μm or less by agitating an emulsion solution having water soluble resin as base compound in bubble generator(1); (b) resin bubble coating step of coating the bubble on a substrate(22) in the state that average diameter of the produced bubbles is maintained to 10 μm or less; and (c) drying step of drying the resin bubble coated substrate, wherein the bubble production in the step (a) is performed in the bubble generator(1) comprising stator(11), rotor side pin(13), stator side pin(14), and emulsion solution, air pressure and crosslinking agent supply pipes(15,16,17), wherein the resin bubble coating in the step (b) is performed using a bubble coater(2) comprising bubble supply nozzle(21), rollers(24), and coating knife(25), and wherein the drying step (c) comprises steps of gelling the resin bubble coated on the substrate at a temperature of 50 to 90 deg.C, drying the gelled resin bubble coated substrate at a temperature of 100 to 150 deg.C, and heat treating the dried resin bubble coated substrate at a temperature of 150 to 190 deg.C.
