PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring manufacturing machine which can sufficiently exhibit a servo motor capacity for driving a movable part, even when specifications relating to a coil spring are changed. SOLUTION: In the spring manufacturing machine, changing a transmission gear ratio by operations of transmission gear ratio mechanisms (61, 110) switches allowable driving torque and a driving speed for driving a movable part of one of a feeding roller 10, a winding tool 11, cutting tool 12 and a pitch tool 13. Then, in manufacturing a plurality types of coil springs using one spring manufacturing machine, the transmission gear ratio can be switched corresponding to types of coil springs to be manufactured to reduce the torque allowance for driving the movable part, so that a margin thus obtained can be utilized for improving the driving speed, allowing capacities of servo motors (45, 113) to be sufficiently exhibited.
