PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentative decomposition treatment apparatus equipped with a sprinkling means capable of uniformly sprinkling charged matter over the entire surface of a large-sized fermentative decomposition tank and capable of being constituted compactly. SOLUTION: The fermentative decomposition treatment apparatus is constituted of the fermentative decomposition tank 2 and a stirring means 9. The fermentative decomposition tank 2 is equipped with a sprinkling truck 3 receiving the supply of charged matter and capable of running and moving so as to advance and retreat. The truck 3 is equipped with a discharge mechanism 12 receiving the charged matter to accumulate the same and sending out the accumulated charged matter in the running line direction of the truck to throw down the same from an accumulation position and a horizontal transfer mechanism 11 for transferring the charged matter accumulated on the discharge mechanism 12 in the lateral direction of the truck 3 at the position just above the discharge mechanism 12.
