PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating a large resin part and a small resin part assembled to the large resin part without coating color difference. SOLUTION: A supporting rod 21 of a toeing hook cover 2 is inserted into a slit 12 of a bumper 1 to unite them and in such a state, coating is carried out and after the coating, the resulting bumper 1 is sent to a drying furnace to carry out drying. After the drying, the toeing hook cover 2 is taken off the bumper 1 and when the toeing hook cover 2 is attached to an opening 13 of the bumper 1, the supporting rod 21 is inserted into an engagement hole 15 formed at the opening 13 of the bumper 1 to use the rod for preventing slippage.
