PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of using sausage intestines having several kinds of inner diameters by using only one minced meat cooking device by dissolving the problem that an outer diameter of a discharge port of an attachment for discharging a cooking material in a minced meat cooking device is fixed and the sausage intestines are limited in using them because the sausage intestines have different inner diameters depending on the kinds. SOLUTION: The attachment 33 for discharging the cooking material is constituted of a fixing unit 34 and a discharge unit 35 and the outer diameter of the discharge unit 35 is made variable. Intestines of pigs, sheep, or the like, having different inner diameters are used without attaching and detaching the discharge unit 35 to and from a screw housing, thus, usability of the device is improved.
