<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a multi-shaft servo drive press which can secure synchronous position accuracy by preventing the inclination of a ram or a table caused by a position deviation between a load shaft to which a machining load is applied and a non-loaded shaft to which the machining load is not applied, and can secure machining accuracy during coining bending. <P>SOLUTION: At least one of the shafts related to work machining among a plurality of servo shafts is discriminated as a master shaft (Ms) and the others as slave shafts (SL) in advance based on the machining data (D1) of a work. During machining, the master shaft (Ms) positions a target position by controlling to make a deviation value of a position feedback value (Pm) and a prescribed target position to be smaller, and the slave shafts (SL) position by being made to follow the position feedback value of the master shaft (Ms). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
