<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a viewer to more clearly recognize a relative position relationship between a three-dimensional (3D) image and a background image by displaying a plane to become a reference on the background image in a 3D image display device in which the background image and the 3D image can be simultaneously displayed. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first image control means 40 for controlling a first image display device 21 for displaying the background image and a second image control means 50 for controlling a second image display device 24 for displaying the 3D image. When the second image control means 50 is to make the second image display device 24 display the 3D image, the first image control means 40 displays a reference plane 58 for recognizing the spatial position of the 3D image on the first image display device 21 as the background image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
