<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an ink jet head having good ejection characteristics in which curved ejection due to shift of center between a nozzle and an opening interconnecting with the nozzle is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle 106 is formed in a nozzle forming member 105 by irradiating a work, where a nozzle forming member 105 is bonded to a nozzle supporting member 101 having an opening 102 for interconnecting a nozzle and a pressurizing chamber, with a laser beam passed through a mask while aligning the centers of the laser beam and the opening 102 with high accuracy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
