PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bactericide for agriculture and horticulture having an excellent effect on and safety to crops. SOLUTION: An oxime type compound or its salt expressed by formula (1): [R1is a 1-12C alkyl, a 2-12C alkenyl or a 3-12C cycloalkyl 1-6C alkyl, or the like. R2is CN, a 1-12C alkyl, a 1-12C haloalkyl, a 2-12C alkenyl or a 3-12C cycloalkyl, or the like, R3is H, a 1-12C alkyl or a 2-12C alkenyl, or the like. R4is a 1-12C alkyl, a 2-12C alkenyl or a 2-12C alkynyl, or the like, L is a 1-12C alkenyl or a 2-12C alkynyl, or the like. X is oxygen or sulfur atom, or the like.
