PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a beam used for a frame for eaves and a ceiling beam on the lower floor of a house body 1 in common. SOLUTION: An eaves body 23 using a beam 22 in the same beam depth 21 as the ceiling beam 5 on the lower floor of the house body 1 as the frame is installed, and the beam 22 for the eaves body 23 has the same joining section 26 as the ceiling beam 5 on the lower floor of the house body 1. An extension eaves 2 is constituted by connecting the beam 22 on the house side of the eaves body 23 to the ceiling beam 5 on the lower floor of the house body 1, and a roof body 31, which has the same sectional structure as the roof body 31 used for the house body 1 and in which a top face is formed in a plate shape, is supported on the extension eaves 2.
