发明名称 STRUCTURE OF COOLING FIN FOR RADIATOR
摘要 PURPOSE: A structure of a cooling fan for a radiator is provided to improve cooling efficiency and to prevent collection of foreign matters and growth of germs on a welded part. CONSTITUTION: A radiator main body(10) has tanks(12) placed on both sides thereof, a water supply tube(14) and a drain tube(16) connected on one side and the other side thereof, respectively. Coolant having cooled down an engine is continuously circulated in the tanks by an outside circulation pump. A plurality of tubes(18) are connected between the tanks at regular intervals to move coolant in the tanks. Cooling fins(20) are made of aluminum sheet, assembled between the tubes to radiate heat transferred to the tubes to the outside. The cooling fin is assembled between the tanks and the tubes placed in horizontal direction and continuously bent to be formed zigzag for maximum cooling efficiency. The bent part of the cooling fin is formed to be perpendicular without a curved part so as to form a plane joining part. The joining part is welded to the tubes on an upper side and a lower side thereof.
