<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit juice-containing alcoholic beverage contained in a vessel, having improved can-stability, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This fruit juice-containing alcoholic beverage contained in the vessel contains a fruit juice on which heat treatment is not conducted at all, and which is not subjected to heat-sterilization treatment, and has a pH of 3.0-3.5. The method for producing the fruit juice-containing alcoholic beverage contained in the vessel includes a process for controlling a mixed solution to have the pH of 3.0-3.5 after the fruit juice on which the heat treatment is not conducted at all is mixed with the solution and another process for filtering the solution by using a membrane filter, wherein the beverage is not subjected to the heat-sterilization treatment. Ordinarily used additives may be added to the beverage, and the other process, such as carbonation treatment, may be added to the method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
