<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding belt by which even one worker can wind a belt body around a cargo and efficiently and easily bind the cargo. <P>SOLUTION: In a belt 10 with a securing tool 2 fitted to one end part of the belt body 1, an end hooking wire 11 is fitted to a part in the vicinity of the securing tool 2 on one end part of the belt body 1, and a middle part hooking wire 12 hooked to a cargo (m) is fitted to a middle part of the belt body 1. A pulling wire 13 is fitted to the other end part of the belt body 1 along the longitudinal direction of the belt body in an extended manner from the belt body 1. A bendable protective pad 20 of the width larger than the width of the belt body 1 is fitted to the belt body 1.
