<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pierce hole cleaning tool and pierce hole cleaning tool set capable of easily cleaning a pierce hole opened in the ear lobe to install a pierced earring. <P>SOLUTION: This cleaning tool is formed of a liquid-absorptive and flexible paper-made bar-like floss 22, and a liquid impregnation part 22b of the bar-like floss is radially swollen by impregnating with a cleaning liquid 24. Its diameter before impregnation is smaller than the hole diameter of the pierce hole 25a, and the diameter after impregnation is larger than the hole diameter of the pierce hole 25a.
