PURPOSE: A vibration motor is provided to apply the rotary power to a rotor by using a two-phase six-commutator segment though an angle of brushes for applying the power to the rotor is more than 90 degree. CONSTITUTION: A vibration motor includes a lower case(920), an upper case(910), a quadrupolar magnet(940), a shaft(930), an upper substrate(950), two coils(951), a commutator, and brush couple(960). The lower case(920) includes a lower substrate(921). The upper case(910) is coupled to the lower case(920). The quadrupolar magnet(940) is formed on the lower case(920). The shaft(930) is supported between the lower case(920) and the upper case(910). The upper substrate(950) is eccentrically supported by the shaft(930). The coils(951) are installed on the upper substrate(950). Each interval between centers of the coils(951) corresponds to a mechanical degree of 135 degree. Each phase has an electrical phase of 60 degree. The commutator having six segments is formed on a lower side of the upper substrate(950). The brush couple(960) is the mechanical degrees of 90 degree in order to adhere lower ends of the brush couple(960) to the lower substrate and connect upper ends of the brush couple to the segments of the commutator.
