PURPOSE: A level shifter is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and the power consumption and increase a response speed by simplifying a structure of the level shifter. CONSTITUTION: A level shifter includes a signal supply source, a driving unit, and a level shifting unit in order to drive a polysilicon TFT(Thin Film Transistor). The signal supply source is used for generating the first pulse signal. The driving unit is connected to a gate line of the polysilicon TFT. The driving unit receives the second pulse signal and drives the polysilicon TFT according to the second pulse signal. The level shifting unit is commonly connected to the signal supply source and the driving unit in order to change a peak value of the first pulse signal by using an analog switch.
