METHOD AND DEVICE OFFERING BROADCASTING MESSAGE IN COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device offering a broadcasting message in a communication network. SOLUTION: This is a new and improved method to provide a short message service (SMS) broadcasting in the communication network. The object is to provide a method and a device which well transmit a broadcasting message keeping an effect of sending a short messages in a total system capacity in the minimum. Messages broadcasted to an user group are sent to a broadcasting message buffer (24) by a broadcasting page generator (20). Timing of the message transmission is controlled by a page transmission controller (34). Afterwards, the messages are modulated on an appropriate channel by a modulator (26). COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
